1. On 20th Feb 5pm, the 31st Korean society had a committee end of the month meeting on zoom. The agendas were about the welfare of Korean Australian in Victoria and how we can contribute.
2. Auditor Sungsu Lee conducted Korean society activities and financial statement audits throughout January and February 2021. There will be an announcement for the general meeting.
Announcement 1. It was announced a change in the wording to the country's national anthem in 2021 from 'For we are young and free' to 'For we are one and free'.
Announcement2. From 2021, our membership fee has been changed to $40 per individual and $80 per family. However, life-long membership remains as $1000. In addition, from March 2021, a membership card will be issued in order for the numerous membership benefits to be accessed easily. The membership benefits include exclusive offers for community hall hiring, discounts at many Korean restaurants and other benefits. More information will be announced later in March so please keep an eye out.
